Though it’s nothing new to agr, it has come to public knowledge that skateboarding is on the juice. We hate to say we told you so, but we did.

Pushing, pumping, tic-tacking, it’s all so pathetically 90’s. Get over it. The skateboards of the future are all electric. And OK, it may not work for flippy-do tricks but harnessing the energy of the Exkate electric skateboard is the closest feeling to surfing you’re ever going to get on the pavement. Commanding a respectable 20 mph with a wireless handheld …

Skateboarding is frustrating. Any self-satisfaction that comes from finally nailing yr SW-FS-overeasy-LOL-slippydippy-revert-out is sure to be stolen by the revelation that some 9-year-old did it way before you. Such is also the case with skating pooches, including Meaty of Rob and Big fame. Contrary to the image his PR team has portrayed, Meatys predecessor, Tyson the Skateboarding Dog, was not the first canine to hit the grip tape. Nay, this distinction goes to the Evergreen state.
Alvie, an Australian Shepherd dog, was pushing around way back in the 1980’s. He was …

Shockingly, agoodreed wasn’t the “coolest cat on campus” in our primary schoolin’ years. Reason being that our mom refused to pack us Dunkaroos for lunch.
There is no reason for faithful ‘goodreeders to endure a similar experience, so save up your milk money for this hot “back to school” item:
Skatebrake
Everybody knows that the coolest skaters are the safe skaters, so decrease your speed and increase your radicalness. Using SkateBrake’s hand controller, skaters can slow their sweet swooshing to really “feel the wind blowing through your hair.”
But wait, SkateBrake has a fleet …

If the title of this post doesn’t get agr some hits, we will hang up our Internetin’ gloves.
The BBC reports,
“A skateboarder who was filmed riding on a German motorway at 100km/h (62mph) is being sought by police. A video showing the helmeted man hurtling along the Ulm-Stuttgart motorway in the south of the country has been broadcast on German TV. The man, who held on to a motorbike to build up speed, could face a hefty fine for speeding and endangering other motorists.” (via BBC)
But what makes the stunt all …

Studio Nemo is the Portland based photo production outfit owned by Trevor Graves, Jeff Bartel, and Chris Hotz (thanks for the correction Nemo! -love, agr). agr is big fans of Studio Nemo. They are masters of innovation, but not just any kind of innovation; eXtreme-O innovation. Behold, the newest incarnation of the wizards at Studio Nemo.
Dew Underground is the FUEL TV program that documents the AST Dew Tour, which just left the home town of Studio Nemo, Portland. To promote the eXtreme television show, Studio Nemo put their thinking caps …

Unfortunately, our aspirations of competing in the Olympics were thwarted once again. It looks like we will have to wait a while longer to take our place as the world’s greatest athlete in whatever-sport-we-finally-decide-to-do.
Seeing as we have been skateboarding a bit, we were planning on doing skateboarding. But skateboarding wasn’t one of the events! Our buddy Ryan Lochte wasn’t even allowed to take his skateboard over to China!
Oh well, we will just stick to our training schedule and Olympic diet. For our diet, we just looked at what golden boy …

Despite common beliefs, agr does sleep - we just sleep with one eye open and one arm doing bicep curls. That’s how we do it folks, constant vigilance. We are always on the lookout for emerging trends, and you can count on us to keep you in the loop.
We spotted this next trend recently, but have been apprehensive to breaking the news…we have a bad gut feeling about this one, it just don’t sit right…
