Last weekend, team AGoodReed had the rare opportunity of being invited to an art gallery opening. Our amigo, Duffy was premiering his new exhibit “Bears: A Print Project” at the Spacecraft Super Space Gallery. Truly a win-win situation. Hang out with the Spacecraft astronauts, embarrass Duffy, enjoy free refreshements, and gain the privilege of telling people that we go to “art shows.”

AGR: What is that? [Pointing to artwork]
Duffy: Boobs. Their boobs, hand-drawn boobs.
Girl: Do you go to the Art Institute?
Duffy: No. I go to the UW.
Girl: Oh…

Girl: I wanted to buy some artwork, but…y’know.

AGR: So what’s the deal with the snacks?
Duffy: Well the pretzels were two for $1, and there is some wine.
AGR: Boxed wine? Seriously man?
Duffy: Well there’s red AND white.

The next day, we went to a rail jam and lost all the cool-points we accumulated at the gallery opening.
