Shaun White is ranked 1st in the Burton European Open Slopestyle Semi-Finals. But what’s more important is that agoodreed’s own Seb Toots sits in a respectable 15th, ahead of some more recognizable names: Danny Davis, Mason Aguirre, Kevin Pearce, Arthur Longo, Miika Haast, Marku Koski…….-The Burton European Open is (6 am PST) LIVE via webcast at go211.com and freecaster.tv. It is pretty cool, right now I am watching snowboarders ride through the flat-bottom of a really nice pipe. I am pretty sure that they are doing tricks too, but my stolen internet is kind of sketchy (many thanks to my neighbor and agoodreed sponsor, the owner of wireless network linksys!)

Good reed needs a new camera…one was stolen, and the other one came in a cereal box. If we are to continue providing our superb journalistic services, we needs a shutter, holler.

-Another quarter of higher education down, here’s the highlight:

1) I retained my title as smartest kid with the worst grades….hell yea;

2) Major changes is up to six;

3) Slept through 60% of my classes;

4) Still have no idea what I am doing in school.

-It is snowing…again….

-Wine+cheese=the bees knees. Homeboy through a new puppy/christmas/getsaucedferthehelluvit shindig. Erbody was having a nice time, keepin’ it classy, until SOMEBODY thought it would be funny to sticker my whip….Fools learnt their lesson, when i snapped they necks…

-Went snowboarding…it was pretty neet…more to come on that.

A little fun for Tuesday evening. If you around my age, you were just making the transition into 6th grade and were probably looking to turn pro in the sport of “Wall-Ball”. Well I wasn’t. While everyone else was hitting the rubber ball against the wall I was busy cuttin’ a rug to one of the hottest songs of 96′. I’m not lying. Get in the spirit and dance!

-Hustled an institution of higher education….again…mad plasticware up in this piece.

-Read the Stranger’s slog and found all kinds of goodness…most notably, myself. The stranger loves the shred!

-Rained a bit, it sure did. Perhaps some snow up in yonder mountains…

-I recycled four times today…hell yea.

-Cruised the bus today: I thought I’d try my hand at shootin’ some shit with the ol’ bus driver. I was admiring all the pretty lights and buttons on the dashboard and asked “which one is for the missiles?”. I got off the bus at the next stop.

-Feda had an interesting day. He said the words “I came here to be a chef, not a model!”….Then he found some special meat, check them ringsssss.

I was recently browsing through the clearance DVD’s at my local Best Buy only to stumble upon Brokeback Mountain for $1.99. After making it all the way home I realized that it had a new co-star actor, Mike Akins. Need not be disappointed. Some of you may be familiar with his career, some of you may not. He’s an all-star out of Finland and he’s only a step shy of being a C-list celebrity. Take my word for this one, the scenes are breath taking in this one. 5 out of 5!

The past week has been rough…my computer has decided to throw in the towel. Just as well, I don’t need him, he was slowing down my journey to international stardom. So I gots a temporary solution, and some catchin’ up to do. In outline form.

- Went to the Backyard Bang in Portland, intending to cook up a little post about it…I forgot camera batteries. Thanks Snowboard Mag for picking up the ball. SLAM DUNK!

-Seeing all the hip Portlanders made me want to watch the airblaster teaser, so I did.
